Missed Wednesday, I'll get into the groove of this, I'm hoping to be more routine about posts to make it easier to follow my blog.
This set of weekly drawings has a good amount of variety to it, featuring drawings from observation, imaginative drawings, and quick sketching & thumbnails. I missed Saturday, but usually I plan on having posts where I write like this every Saturday and Wednesday if I can! Pictured in order is Land, 2 Pinterest Drawings, The Squid Woman, The Bull Woman, & Two Cloud Thumbnail Pages The middle two are probably my most consistently drawn things. Animals skulls and tentacles as hair. Although their figure is boring and static, this is largely due to them being a single figure and mostly focused on the design and symbolism, rather than the figures. I’m hoping to elaborate on each, with multi figure scenes and dynamic poses in the future. The thumbnails are a super important aspect of creation. If you don’t make thumbnails, you’re missing out on a powerful tool for an artist. I use thumbnails to rapidly brainstorm compositions and ideas, without worrying about if the composition is ‘good’ or detail or any sort of burden that might slow down the creative process. These thumbnails are often excellent bases to jump off of for creating future drawings.

I've begun drawing Daily Drawings again, and I've added the first week below. In order, they are: Contrails, Mermaid, Cumulus Child, Lady Death, Spring, Sea, and Air This has been a really fun experience, daily drawings allow me to create and explore multiple ideas very quickly, and I've created a lot of stuff I'm satisfied with this weak, particularly the Cloud Woman and the beginnings of the Land Air and Sea triptych. I'll continue to update with new posts each week, these will be available under my Drawing Page Hey guys, I got a little market for you guys to enjoy! I'll be a vendor there.
Hydrangea has been added to the site under Artimis Studio, as well as on Etsy!
You can find it here on Etsy These were a hassle to get done in time to release due to some issues losing the original drawing not once but twice. I almost had to make and release Poppy instead, but luckily I found it and was able to get it set up! Also, my prints are now available on Displate, I am slowly adding in prints both old and new to the site! Go check it out. You can find the Floral Design Series Here Easter Lily and Whale Tail have been added to the site under Artimis Studio, you can check them out below
Whale Tail is the new Whale Design, the old Whale Designs seen in the Newsletter will be released soon, but they didn't fit with the Nautical Design series, so they will be their own releases. Easter Lily is available for a limited time, only for a few months after Easter, but don't worry it'll be back just before next Easter! I'll continue to update the site with new pieces, I've hidden a new piece somewhere in Artimis Studio for those of you who like to look around! :P It'll be a special preview for my blog in full quality!
